Danish Superliga

The Danish Superliga is the current football championship tournament. It is administered by the Danish Football Association, and consists of 12 teams. Two teams are relegated each year. It is the highest level of football in Denmark. There are also two teams that can be relegated, depending on their performance. Each season, the Superliga is played by twelve different teams. The Danish Superliga consists of 12 teams. Each team plays the other twice during the season. Teams that finish in the bottom half of the league are relegated to the first division. The top two teams from that division replace the relegated teams. In the second half of the season, the top six teams play 17 home games and the bottom six play 16 away matches. The newly promoted team is excluded from the knockout playoff.

The Danish Superliga consists of teams that have been promoted from the second division every year. The top two teams play home and away games in the second division. The bottom two teams are relegated to the Danish first division and cannot advance. The top eight teams go on to the second division if they do not win the Superliga. However, the newly promoted teams will be excluded regardless of their performance. And the Danish Cup champion is relegated to the 2nd division each year.
